We believe in Durham’s future and are committed to building with care while preserving the architectural character that makes our city distinctive. Our work began with restoring vacant homes and grew into complex historic renovations and context-sensitive infill development. Today, we are helping shape Durham’s next chapter by creating greater housing density within the city’s urban tier and expanding access to attainable and affordable homes.
