Historic renovation of the Annie E. Watkins House ca. 1915 in the Historic Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood of Downtown Durham. This down to the studs renovation with a large addition also featured the renovation of the existing garage with the addition of a rear ADU connected to the garage. This was our first historic renovation with an ADU, which helped to add density to the neighborhood.
